As an annual feature, this year a residential programme to Shoghi, Shimla was organized by the school for students of grades X,XI and XII from October 1, 2024 to October 5, 2024. The escapade was to camp in the lap of the paradise and traverse through plethora of adventurous activities. Amritians not only learnt about flora and fauna but also appreciated the unique experience of being one with nature. Guerrilo Warfare, Mountain biking, Night Trek, Reflection at Bonfire, Journal Writing, Zip Line were few of the activities that made the Amritians more venturesome. Through these engaging tasks, they learnt the importance of teamwork; identified their strengths, challenged their fears & became more confident and responsible individuals. The backpackers trekked uphill to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding hills that framed the lavish valley and forest in an interesting angle. The alluring and picturesque view of Shoghi, enveloped by hills on all sides offered a spellbound view and a tour which will be etched in the memory of the young explorers.
